We conduct in-depth reference and criminal history checks to verify that applicants do not have any offenses in their past that could endanger a pet or compromise a client’s home. We even check a potential employee’s driving record before they are hired.  Some of the larger app companies don’t appear to take such precautions.  Safety is our number one concern, so we do not make exceptions to this thorough our vetting system. In addition to background checks, we carefully train our pet sitters on privacy policies and protocols for maintaining clients’ confidentiality and privacy. This includes not discussing personal details of homes or families on social media. We also use security features like online diaries and pictures inside pet updates to give pet parents peace of mind while they are away.
